Senior Marketing Data Analyst position at Social Point in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Decomposition: Participate in planning, requirements gathering, and delivery of large, multi-phased growth and marketing analysis projects with minimal guidance.
Break down complex business problems into structured, actionable analysis plans.
Strategic UA Partnership: Partner with Marketing and User Acquisition (UA) squads to monitor campaign performance, decompose trend changes, and provide insights to optimize multi-million dollar budget allocations.
Performance Measurement & Frameworks: Analyze user acquisition funnels, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
Collaborate with central data teams to refine marketing measurement frameworks (attribution models, incrementality testing).
Data Presentation & Storytelling: Visualize and communicate analytical findings to senior stakeholders and cross-functional peers, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Team Efficiency & Tech Evangelism: Lead initiatives to improve team productivity and marketing analytics best practices.
Support internal learning to level up commercial domain knowledge and adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Data Quality Assurance: Maintain high data integrity with data engineering to ensure tracking, attribution metrics, and performance reporting are precise and reliable.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 3+ years in a Marketing Analyst, Performance Marketing Analytics, or Growth Analytics role driving measurable business growth, ideally in mobile gaming, F2P, or mobile B2C sectors.
Data Storytelling & Impactful Communication: Ability to translate complex metrics into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
Advanced Marketing Metrics & Ecosystem: Deep understanding of mobile performance marketing,



player behavior tracking, and core growth metrics (LTV, ROAS, CPI, Churn, IPM).
Autonomy & Framing: Capable of navigating ambiguity, framing growth questions independently, and decomposing marketing and budget problems.
Advanced SQL Proficiency: Highly proficient in SQL with experience querying large, complex databases to extract insights.
Statistical Rigor & Experimentation: Strong foundation in applied statistics with hands-on experience in A/B testing and related experiments.
Data Visualization: Experience with BI and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) to build tracking frameworks and dashboards.
Educational Background: Degree in a quantitative or business-analytical field (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar).
Industry Passion: Interest in games or the mobile gaming industry.
Nice-to-haves: Python or R for statistical analysis; familiarity with privacy changes (SKAdNetwork/ATT, Privacy Sandbox); experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
