Título: Authorizations, Licenses and Standards Analyst
Purpose of the role
The purpose of the role is to support and strengthen the capabilities of the Safety & Quality organization within Iberia Maintenance, specifically within the Regulations and Standardization area, by managing personnel authorizations and licenses, supporting procedure management activities, and contributing to the administration and continuous improvement of the Safety & Quality Portal. The role is intended to become part of a multifunctional team where responsibilities related to personnel authorizations, regulatory procedures, and quality systems tools are shared and interchangeable, ensuring business continuity, flexibility, and standardization across the organization.
Key milestones & challenge
The main challenge of the position will be assuming delegated responsibilities related to the management and control of personnel authorizations and licenses applicable to the MRO organization,



ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency while supporting the standardization of processes across the different business units. The role will also contribute to the development, review and maintenance of organizational procedures, as well as the administration and continuous improvement of the Safety & Quality Portal. A key objective is to develop sufficient competence across all areas of the Regulations and Standardization team, enabling resource flexibility and cross-functional support according to organizational priorities. As the organization continues expanding its regulatory obligations under EASA, UK CAA, FAA, TCCA and other applicable authorities, the position will play a significant role in maintaining consistency, standardization and compliance across the MRO.
