The role
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Desk – Client Coverage Credit Associate Director to join an international team in our Madrid office on a full‑time permanent basis.



The Associate Director will originate, structure, and manage corporate lending opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. The role combines business development, credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring to identify client needs, negotiate tailored financial solutions, and support transaction execution in coordination with internal teams. The Associate Director will also expand client coverage, drive cross‑selling opportunities, and ensure proactive monitoring of portfolio performance and risk.
