Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, performance metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable insights and data‑driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers,



and business stakeholders.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic decision‑making.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support AI‑related initiatives by identifying business opportunities and translating business needs into analytical frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytics processes.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help establish best practices for business analysis and reporting.

Requirements
- Native‑level German and excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
