Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding player support via email in Hungarian.
- Assist players with questions regarding game features, technical issues, and account management.
- Resolve player concerns swiftly to enhance player satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document player interactions effectively to improve overall service quality.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to communicate player feedback and insights.
- Remain informed about game updates and best practices in customer support to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements




- Fluency in both Hungarian and English (oral and written) is required.
- Experience in customer support or player support roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with popular game titles is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple player inquiries efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with provided accommodation and support.
