The Relationship Management role provides dedicated relationship management to a portfolio of customers with accountability for sales, service, risk and operational delivery. This role will have external and internal stakeholders (among of which may include Sales, Product Development, Risk & Compliance teams).
What you will do:
- Support Head of GNB and manage a diverse portfolio of clients within General Network Banking Spain, holding end-to-end accountability for relationship management.




- Own and develop key client relationships, ensuring consistent coverage, strong client engagement, strategic dialogue, effective coordination across stakeholders to support client needs, and effective delivery of banking solutions to improve income generation.
- This role sits at the heart of HSBC’s strategy – acting as a key connector between our client HQs and the rest of the international network.

In this role you will:
- Build on existing relationships, as well as setting up new long-term relationships with customers that align with our business model and strategy
- Build deep client understanding and develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs, originate opportunities and provide a superior quality service
