Role Purpose
The Revenue Generation Senior Analyst is accountable for driving profitable Net Revenue growth across South Europe (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal) through disciplined pricing, promotion, and trade investment execution.



Reporting to the Head of Commercial & eCommerce South Europe Cluster, the role manages:
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) governance across the cluster
- Acts as a key commercial authority on pricing and trade decisions
- Partners senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery in line with AOP commitments

Pricing Strategy & Market Competitiveness
Lead pricing index, competitiveness, and elasticity analysis. Identify pricing gaps, margin risks, and revenue recovery opportunities. Drive pricing actions supported by robust financial logic.
Promotion Strategy & Trade Investment Effectiveness
Translate global RGM principles into market and cluster‑level promotion guidelines. Govern promotion depth, frequency, and mechanics to protect margin. Create and maintain channel‑specific promotion frameworks, refreshed based on performance (ROI, incrementality, compliance).
