This is an opportunity to work across multiple projects, helping drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD excellence, and operational reliability while collaborating with engineering, database, IT, product, and R&D; teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting software deployments across multiple sites and datacenters.
- Operate and evolve on-premises Kubernetes environments and legacy platforms hosting business‑critical applications.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives and automation strategies to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability and observability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support software release processes, automated testing, system performance analysis, and platform optimization.
- Lead automation efforts using technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Database, IT Operations, Product, Project Management, and R&D.;

What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, IT Operations, or Production Engineering environments.
- Hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes platforms, ideally in on‑premises environments.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
- Solid Infrastructure as Code experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
- Strong Linux and Windows administration skills.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Java applications in production.
