Position Summary
We are seeking an Expert Software Developer / Architect C# in Spain to drive strategic decision‑making, system design, and establish elite coding standards across C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0. The role focuses on high‑level system design, technical vision, and mentoring engineers to build scalable, secure, and high‑quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of software development: feasibility studies, design, development, testing, bug fixing, and maintenance.
- Produce unit and subsystem specifications, design, implement code, and verify functionality against specifications.
- Define the technical roadmap and maintain architectural governance across development teams.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and analyze application design, functionality, usability, and performance.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive forward progress.
- Function as a Full‑stack Developer.
- Define development standards, select technologies, and establish rigorous coding practices.
- Collaborate with professionals to analyze functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Provide high‑level guidance and coach developers, fostering excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure software meets strict quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements.
