Responsibilities
We are looking for a new Quality Conformance Management for RFE (Rear Fuselage Empennage) in Getafe.
In this role you are:
Part of a team based in Getafe and Hamburg
Quality engineering focal point for Customer Services.
Guarantee quality of main CS deliverables like Repairs, SRM (Structure Repair Manual) SARI (Safety Related Item) investigation
Part of digitalization Quality Engineering network
Drive main Quality activities across programs as PPS, DFMEA, FIC and design reviews
Develop & maintain effective Quality KPI's & integrated management review

Skills
English fluent (written/spoken)
General Knowledge in Quality Management Systems




An Engineering degree or a related discipline.t
Project management basics
Proficiency in Data Analytics and advanced Google Workspace
Customer focus (voice of the customer)
Self-motivation & Autonomous
Excellent team spirit and collaboration
Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with different profiles
Experience in continuous improvement projects
