About the role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of COYA Marbella across multiple revenue streams.
You will lead a large management team, inspire over 100 hospitality professionals, drive profitability, elevate guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across every aspect of the business.
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strategic thinking, exceptional people leadership and hands‑on operational expertise.
What youll be responsible for
- Leading all aspects of Restaurant, Pool and Club operations
- Driving financial performance, profitability and commercial growth
- Building,



coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Delivering unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining the highest luxury service standards
- Managing budgets, forecasting, labour costs and P&L; performance
- Championing employee engagement, talent development and succession planning
- Working closely with culinary, marketing, finance and people teams to deliver business objectives
- Continuously improving standards, innovation and operational efficiency

Were looking for someone who has
- Significant General Manager or multi-outlet leadership experience within luxury hospitality
- Experience leading premium restaurants, lifestyle venues, or beach clubs
- Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L; management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop large teams
