Specific Responsibilities Will Include
- Champion Leadership and Team Growth: Deliver dynamic workshops and interventions for present and future leaders, blending academic and hands‑on learning. Support tailoring programmes as needed for groups such as women leaders, high potentials, and executives to foster our leadership culture.
- Design Impactful Learning Experiences: Create content that brings our leadership model to life. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure programmes resonate and incorporate best practices.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Establish credibility with internal client
