Your Role & Contribution
Produce manufacturing documentation, integrating design data while maintaining an operator-focused perspective.
Help ensure a balanced and efficient line system.
Serve as a technical reference for operators, collaborate daily with a Multi-Functional Team, analyze and solve technical issues encountered during production, avoid industrial impacts, and eliminate recurrence.
Participate in the adoption of digital technologies applied to business.
Support the adoption of Airbus Operating System (AOS) through performance routines and lean actions to reach industrial excellence targets.
Requirements
Engineering background in Manufacturing.
Curious, rigorous, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
Diverse academic and non-academic background.




Foundations in AI and Data Analytics; project management experience highly valued.
Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German or French is advantageous.
