This role is idóneo for motivated agents with experience in
new build property sales
who want real earning potential, full back-office support, and access to pre-qualified international clients.

Your Responsibilities
Assist international buyers throughout the purchase process
Conduct
virtual and in-person property tours
Negotiate and close deals
Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners
Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments
What We're Looking For
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience
(new build experience preferred)
English-speaking + any aditional languages is a plus
Familiarity with the
Costa Blanca region
Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca
2-3 days per week
