About the role ?
As an Office Manager Intern, you'll ensure Flanks' office runs smoothly day to day, creating a welcoming and organised environment while supporting events, onboarding moments, and team rituals that strengthen culture and employee experience in a fast-growing, international company. You'll work closely with our People Team, who will guide you through the role and help you grow along the way.
What you'll do ?️
Here's what you can expect to work on:
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination following established processes
- Support the organisation of internal events and team activities (logistics, bookings, materials)
- Maintain a welcoming, organised, and pleasant office environment
- Support onboarding moments from an experience perspective
- Communicate clearly with teams and respond to requests in a timely manner
