As a Tendering Technical Leader, you will act as a technical authority and expert professional, leading engineering activities for complex projects and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective and safe technical solutions.
You will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, from engineering development to execution support, customer interaction and technical leadership, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
The role is a technical authority and senior advisor for complex and high-impact tenders, providing deep engineering expertise to support the bid and sales organization.

In this role you will leverage your extensive technical experience to advise, challenge, validate and optimize technical solutions, ensuring robust,



competitive and technically sound offers for complex substation and power system projects.

How you’ll make an impact
- Act as technical responsible and advisor for complex tenders, supporting the bid and sales teams with expert engineering judgement.
- Provide technical guidance to the tender organization, ensuring feasibility, robustness and competitiveness of proposed solutions.
- Take ownership of the technical definition of complex offers, acting as reference point for high-risk or high-complexity bids.
- Lead technical interface with factories and suppliers, validating technical requirements, challenging specifications when needed and enabling commercial competitiveness.
- Manage the technical evaluation of supplier proposals, ensuring compliance with requirements and supporting negotiations to optimize cost and value.
- Advise the tender team on power system solutions, including substation systems
