THE STUDIO & THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Build Manager to join our studio in Barcelona
In this role, you will be the architect of our stability and delivery pipeline. Your primary mission is to ensure that our development team can turn code and assets into stable, playable builds quickly and reliably. You will bridge the gap between development workflows and data management, implementing robust pipelines that support our high-quality gameplay standards.
Since we are a small team in the startup phase, all employees are expected to wear multiple hats, handle some ambiguity, and take true ownership of our deployment ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO




This is a dynamic role that will vary day-to-day, involving:
- Secure Stable Builds: Take total ownership of the build pipeline in Unreal Engine 5, ensuring builds are fast, predictable, and consistently reliable across platforms.
- Pipeline Optimization & External Dev: Design, maintain, and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows to reduce friction for programmers, artists, and designers—including external pipelines for seamless, secure collaboration with co-dev partners.
- Source Control Mastery: Serve as the gatekeeper of the project repository. Take full ownership of our source and version control structures (branching strategies and data flows) to maintain absolute systemic consistency.
- Machine & Hardware Deployment: Take charge of the studio’s physical and virtual footprint. Manage machine deployments, local PC setups, and hardware configurations to ensure the team has the environment they need
