International Sales Manager

You:Turn distributors into long‑term strategic partnersIdentify and develop new growth opportunities within existing marketsBuild and execute Direct‑to‑Retail (DTR) strategiesLead commercial conversations with (potential) major international retail accountsRepresent us at international trade shows and key industry eventsTranslate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
You will report to the International Sales Director and work cross‑functionally with Brand, Product and Operations.
What You’ll Actually Be DoingDevelop joint business plans with key distributorsExpand distribution, increase sell‑through, and grow market shareIdentify new channels, categories, and retail opportunitiesLead negotiations with distributors and retail partnersManage agents and align them with strategic goalsMonitor performance and translate data into decisions

Nice to haveAdditional languages (Spanish, French, German, Mandarin)Network in integral toy & games industryKnowledge of international trade & logistics
