We are a well-established winery with a long-standing tradition located in Llucmajor, Mallorca, and we are looking to expand our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented professional with a passion for wine, strong sales skills, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead guided winery and vineyard tours, sharing the history, heritage, and values of our winery.
- Promote and sell our wines and other products through direct sales.
- Represent the winery at trade fairs, events, and promotional activities.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both domestic and international visitors.
- Manage bookings and coordinate wine tourism experiences.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the wine, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, outgoing, and results-oriented mindset.




- Fluent English and German (required).
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of wine, viticulture, and the winemaking process.
- Education or training in Tourism, Oenology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in wine tourism.

Sueldo: 18.000,00€-23.000,00€ al año
