About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Teleoperations Lead to oversee robotics operations teams supporting AI training, robotic testing, and commercial deployment programs. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating teleoperators, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between field operations, engineering teams, and client stakeholders. The adecuado candidate combines strong operational leadership with a passion for emerging technologies and has experience managing teams in robotics, autonomous systems, technical operations, control room environments, fleet operations, or other mission-critical programs.Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate teleoperations teams across multiple shiftsManage daily staffing and operational coverageSupport onboarding, training, and mentoring of new operatorsPromote compliance with safety and operational proceduresOperations Management
Monitor operational KPIs and productivity metricsEnsure delivery against quality and performance targetsCoordinate robot deployment schedules and operational readinessManage incident escalation and resolution processesStakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with engineering, product,

Essential
Previous experience leading operational teamsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience in robotics operations, teleoperations, autonomous systems, fleet management, control rooms, or technical operationsAbility to work in fast-paced, technology-driven environmentsPreferred
Experience supporting robotics, AI, AV/ADAS, drone, or automation programsExperience managing distributed or shift-based teamsTechnical background in engineering, operations, or industrial environmentsWhat We Offer
