About the Key Account Manager (Hospitality Saa S) job offer Nuclio Talent is looking for a Key Account Manager for one of the leading hospitality tech startup. Your mission will be to drive and scale B2 B Saa S sales within major international hotel groups, securing high-value deals and contributing to the company’s ambitious growth plan. What are the key responsibilities of this role? Lead Saa S sales targeting major European hotel chains, managing an ARR target of approximately €30k/month. Engage and convert C-level stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, Sustainability Directors) across top international hospitality groups. Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships through regular interaction and travel across Europe. Translate complex sustainability data (carbon footprint, water usage, energy efficiency) into clear and compelling business value propositions. Contribute to the company’s international expansion by identifying new business opportunities and closing high-impact deals.



What skills do you need to succeed in this role? +3 years of experience in B2 B Saa S sales within startup or scale-up environments, with a strong track record of exceeding targets (above €250k/year). Native or C2 level of English (mandatory), with an international mindset and experience managing diverse European markets. Strong analytical skills combined with a results-driven and high-energy sales approach. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions and manage multiple stakeholders.
