Responsibilities Product Planning leader for Sinks category, as well as related satellite products
New product development project management
Product portfolio rationalization and optimization. Ensuring that sales branches have products and ranges suitable for the market
Definition of ranges and models to be included into technology and product roadmap
Proposing and developing new ideas for new products, features, and solutions for the category
Preparation of specifications and documentation for new products and product changes
Ensuring the corporate design of the product aligned with Design department
Trends follow up, as well as benchmarking competitors' products and ranges
Driving make or buy process
Technical product training to sales force
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable engineering background
Knowledge of European market demands, product standards, or compliance requirements, and proficiency in English as a working language is preferred
Proved more than 10 years’ experience in the industry
Fluent English business
Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, project promotion abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
