Job Description AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027 – starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing a professional career in the aeronautical sector. Selection will take place from April 2026 until July 2026. Internship Position The program is in partnership with Camilo José Cela University and is an exclusive Discover internship. You will study a Master, organized in three training blocks, and complete an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree. The internship starts early October 2026 and lasts 11 months (full time 40 h/week). An attractive study grant is included. Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of organizational workflows and methodologies to streamline the development of new System of Systems concepts. Contribute to the development of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) frameworks to harmonize departmental work methods and define critical interfaces between upstream conceptual stages and downstream design phases. Optimize the department’s digital environment by evaluating and proposing tools (including Gen AI) that enhance collaboration and data continuity within the engineering lifecycle. Define structured documentation protocols and digital knowledge‑management systems to ensure technical traceability and effective information sharing across the design lifecycle. Propose and develop analytical dashboards and KPIs to monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and overall team efficiency. Learning Outcomes Structuring workflows and implementing management methodologies within a newly established, high‑tech engineering environment.



Developing a deep understanding of MBSE principles and their practical application in harmonizing complex design lifecycles and technical interfaces. Acquiring practical expertise in transforming raw engineering and project data into actionable insights through the development of KPIs and strategic dashboards. Understanding the management and optimization of complex digital toolchains and software environments used to support end‑to‑end product development. Tools available: Google Workplace, Looker Studio, Confluence, Jira, Cameo. Qualifications Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, IT, Telecommunications Engineering or related areas, with an interest in MBSE, management or industrial organisation. Level B2 in English. General knowledge in Systems Engineering, data‑driven decision‑making and digital transformation. Analytical and problem‑solving skills, technical management and process mapping, team spirit and collaboration. Prior knowledge of the required tools is valued.
