ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior/Lead AI Software Engineer (Full Stack) to build and scale intelligent, AI-driven products from concept to production in rapid iteration cycles. This role is pivotal in architecting end-to-end AI solutions—leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and Rust or Golang—to power high-performance, low-latency applications. You’ll shape scalable AI architectures, automate workflows, and drive innovation in a fast-growing environment that values ownership, speed, and technical excellence. WHAT YOU WILL DO Architect and develop robust, scalable AI-powered features across frontend and backend;
Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model integration and user-facing interfaces;
Rapidly gather businessand technical requirements and translate them into functional AI demos within 1–2 weeks;
Integrate LLMs and AI services (e.G., APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines) into production-ready applications;
Work deeply in the existing web app codebase, enhancing core modules and integrating AI capabilities;
Architect high-throughput, low-latency systems that scale reliably;
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering;
Maintain high standardsfor documentation, testing, observability, and code quality;
Lead technical initiatives to automate manual workflows using AI and improve system reliability.



MUST HAVES 5+ years of full-stack development experience Experience in Rust or Golang 2+ years of AI/ML engineering experience building or integrating AI-driven systems AI-assisted code experience with tools such as GH Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf Proven ability to gather ambiguous requirements and independently develop AI prototypes/demos within short timelines (1–2 weeks) Strong experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases Experience designing scalable AI architectures (RAG, agents, model orchestration, evaluation pipelines) Proven ability to navigate and improve large, production-scale codebases Strong understanding of performance optimization, system design, and low-latency architectures Excellent communication and documentation skills in a fast-moving team environment Demonstrated experience deploying AI features into production environments Upper-intermediate English level NICE TO HAVES 2+ years of team lead/management experience Strong skills in Python Experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience with cloud platforms and AI tools such as Vertex on GCP, Sage Maker, Bedrock from AWS, and similar ones Experience with AI frameworks/SDKs (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Hugging Face, etc.) Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems Start-up mindset: comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and tackling ambiguous challenges PERKS AND BENEFITS Professional growth: Mentorship, Tech Talks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
