Senior Net Suite Administrator Our client is a fast-growing Saa S company scaling rapidly across international markets. To support their expansion, they are seeking a Senior Net Suite Consultant to help shape their current ERP system landscape. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Net Suite professional to work in-house, managing and optimising Net Suite across Finance and Operations. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, lead improvements, and ensure the system supports business growth. Key Responsibilities Act as in-house Net Suite expert (administration, configuration, optimisation). Gather requirements from Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and deliver scalable Net Suite solutions. Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and automations. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. Oversee integrations between Net Suite and other Saa S applications (CRM, billing, HR systems). Drive process improvements across Finance (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Subscription Billing,



Revenue Recognition). Partner with external Net Suite partners when required for complex projects. Deliver end-user support, training, and documentation. Idóneo Candidate 5+ years’ Net Suite experience as an Administrator, Functional Consultant, or similar in-house role. Proven track record supporting Finance & Accounting processes (P2 P, O2 C, Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing). Strong configuration skills: workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards. Experience in a Saa S/subscription business model highly desirable. Excellent communication skills;
