Point of contacts, reporting, KPIs definition and tracking SLA, Deviations analysis, justification, improvement, etc. Internal processes improvement Team Management Shift planning and management Preventions and guards planning Team responsibilities management Training plan and activities identification and management Improvement and evolution - Internal documentation and communication - Service internal and external audits management Job requirements: FPGS or University Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications More than 6 years of experience in similar positions Certifications in Palo Alto and/or Fortinet. Other certifications in the field of Cybersecurity Other certifications in the field of IT service management (ISO20000, ITIL, etc.)
