Space Planning Senior Engineer Lead the design execution, planning and delivery of office refurbishment and fit‑out projects across multiple locations, ensuring optimized space utilization, regulatory compliance, budget control and alignment with corporate strategy. Responsibilities End‑to‑end management of projects across multiple locations (from concept to delivery). Design and planning of corporate spaces tailored to local needs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Facilities, IT, Security, suppliers). Control costs and timelines, ensuring deadlines and budget compliance. Site supervision and validation of corporate standards. Manage risk and resolve issues throughout projects. Optimize resources and continuously improve design and execution processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering or a related field. Project Management certification is a plus. 3–5 years of experience managing office, retail or corporate space projects. Experience in space planning, refurbishment and fit‑out projects. Experience managing multi‑site projects is highly desirable.



Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. Proficiency in design tools such as Auto CAD or similar is a plus. Experience in budget management and project scheduling. Site supervision and construction management experience. Fluent English (minimum B2/C1), both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results‑driven mindset with a focus on deadlines, cost control and quality. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability. Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on process optimization.
