You’ll have real autonomy to design processes, optimize systems and turn data into decisions that directly impact growth. Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site) Salary: Up to 45k + benefits Design and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes (lead management, qualification, pipelines and workflows) Translate business needs into scalable workflows across Hub Spot, Click Up, Intercom and Ringover Define and standardize MQL/SQL criteria, pipeline stages, routing rules and ownership Own advanced Hub Spot administration (workflows, pipelines, automations, reporting and integrations) Ensure CRM data quality, governance and operational best practices Build dashboards and reports focused on efficiency, productivity, targets and forecasting Analyze performance trends and propose data-driven improvements Act as the operational bridge between Sales, CS, Production, Tech and Data Enable teams through training,
