You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, strengthening leadership capability and navigating complexity, while partnering closely with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace to deliver a consistent, high quality employee experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted partner to leaders, providing pragmatic guidance on employee relations, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness, while championing consistent and fair application of policies Lead performance and talent processes end to end, equipping managers to set clear goals, deliver candid feedback, and address underperformance with confidence Use engagement, attrition, and team health insights to proactively identify risks and implement targeted, practical interventions Partner with People Ops to deliver fair, performance aligned compensation and promotion decisions, including annual cycles and complex or sensitive pay scenarios Translate performance insights into focused learning and leadership development initiatives that directly support business priorities Design and evolve clear career pathways, progression criteria,
