Requirements

- Degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with specialization in Project Management, Petroleum Engineering or Process Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects.
- Experience as Senior Engineer and/or Project Lead, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex deliverables.
- Participation in at least one ADNOC Onshore or Offshore EPC project in UAE, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and procedures.
- Management of technical and operational interfaces with contractors, vendors and clients, ensuring integration and efficiency in project execution.
- Supervision of schedules, budgets and quality throughout all project phases.
- Proficiency in planning and control tools.
- Advanced English level C1 or higher.

Principal duties

- Supervise all project phases, from basic engineering to final delivery, ensuring compliance with schedules, budget and technical specifications.
- Prepare and review project plans, milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives and ADNOC standards.




- Monitor project performance and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project control teams to ensure integration of all disciplines.
- Manage technical and operational interfaces between contractors, vendors and clients.
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans. Manage technical queries, deviations and scope changes, ensuring approval and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with quality, safety and QHSE standards.
- Implement applicable corporate procedures and standards, promoting best practices and lessons learned.
- Other activities inherent to the position.
