What you'll do

- Lead HSS (Health, Safety & Sustainability) risk assessments and ensure plant compliance with legal and Group standards.
- Develop and implement mid-term and annual HSS programs tailored to the plant’s needs.




- Support and guide investigations of incidents/accidents, ensuring Lessons Learned are shared across the organization.
- Drive HSS training, audits, and coaching to build a strong safety culture.
- Monitor and report key safety and environmental KPIs, including fire safety and accident data.
- Lead CO₂ neutrality and sustainability initiatives, including ESG/CSR data consolidation and reporting.

What we are looking for

- Master degree - HSE, Ergonomics or equivalent experience
- Certificate as "Technico Superior de Prevencion de Riesgos laborales"
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and other relevant standards
- Min 5 years in a similar position, with problem solving and change management experience
- Spanish / English – Professional proficiency
