Reporting directly to General Management, you will lead and optimize the company’s operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
- Proven experience in operations leadership and process optimization, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and make key decisions in dynamic environments.
- Advanced English.
