Desktop Support Engineer L2 – Banyeres, Spain

We are looking for experienced Desktop Support Engineers (Level 2) to support a new Distribution Center project in Banyeres, Spain, followed by ongoing onsite support.

We are hiring:

* 1 Primary Desktop Support Engineer

* 2 Backfill Desktop Support Engineers

Responsibilities

* Provide onsite Level 2 desktop support.

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

* Install, configure, and replace IT equipment.

* Support end users during the Distribution Center rollout.

* Perform regular maintenance and incident resolution.

* Coordinate with remote technical teams.

* Maintain documentation and service reports.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–3 years of Desktop Support experience.

* Native/Local Spanish language (C1 or above).

* English (B2 or above).

* Valid work authorization for Spain.

* Preferably living within 50 km of Barcelona/Banyeres.

* Driver’s license preferred.





* Willingness to travel to the Netherlands for a 3-day Knowledge Transfer training.

* Monday to Friday

* Full-time onsite

Additional Backfill Support

* 28 September – 9 October 2026

Regular Onsite Support

* Starting 10 November 2026

* Every Tuesday & Thursday

* Excellent troubleshooting abilities.

* Able to work independently.

* Previous field support experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: 1,389.91€ - 3,075.73€ per month
