We are looking for a software development manager to manage teams of freelance developers on enterprise-level projects and Proteams' internal software products.

Qualifications

- Advanced level in Java on the back-end and Angular 6/7 on the front-end

- 5 to 15 years of software development experience

- Experience with managing development teams

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related subject

- Experience with unit and integration testing

- Experience with project management, using methodologies such as Scrum, and Kanban.

- Innovative and data-driven mindset

- Strict dedication to deadlines

- Experience with agile /scrum methodologies

- Experience with security measures

- Advanced HTML, CSS skills





- Experience with Amazon Web Services

- Advanced communication skills

- Fluency in English

It'd be a plus if you also have experience with:

- Node.js, React.js

- Load time optimization

- Experience with frontend dependency management (e.g. NPM / Bower)

- CSS preprocessors like Sass / Less

- Unit/e2e testing with Jest / Jasmine / Mocha

- GIT workflow

- Remote teams
