Experteer Overview
In this role you will support and further develop the Medallia and SnapLogic platforms used by Schneider’s Customer Voice program. You will work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, adapt platform architecture, and implement user-facing features. You’ll deliver fast, practical solutions for diverse clients and lead L2 end-user support while coordinating with vendors and delivery teams. You will help drive adoption of the CX platform within Schneider and contribute to a customer-centric transformation.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide end-user support and contribute to technical development of Medallia and SnapLogic platforms
• Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements and adjust platform architecture
• Develop new user-facing features and customer-driven enhancements
• Create quick-to-implement, user-friendly solutions for diverse clients
• Coordinate with external and internal vendors and delivery teams on issues and enhancements
• Lead L2 support coordination for all end-user requests
• Partner with the CX community to drive adoption and growth of the Medallia platform within Schneider
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years IT solution design and implementation
• Experience with agile processes in fast-paced, distributed teams
• Expert in customer/end-user support management
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• CX platform awareness and experience in a similar domain
