You'll help transform complex, fragmented operational data into actionable insights that directly improve efficiency, passenger experience, and decision-making. This role is more than crunching numbers; it's about telling compelling data stories that make a real difference.

**What You'll Do**:
As part of a cross-functional team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and customers to design analytics solutions that address real operational challenges. You'll craft interactive dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and prepare curated datasets that empower airports to make smarter, faster decisions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Designing and developing **interactive BI dashboards** that deliver compelling and actionable insights.
- Acting as a **trusted advisor** to customers, understanding their pain points and translating them into analytical solutions.
- Defining meaningful **KPIs and metrics** for airport and airline operations.
- Performing **in-depth analyses** on complex operational datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Preparing curated datasets through data transformation and processing using **Python**, **Pandas**, and **Apache Spark**.
- Presenting insights to both **external customers** and **internal teams**,



turning data into decision-making narratives.
- Leading **requirements gathering sessions** with customers to ensure solutions align with operational needs.

**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking someone with strong analytical expertise, technical skills, and the ability to turn complex data into clear business value.

**Must-haves**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in **data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics** roles.
- Strong **SQL skills** for querying large datasets.
- Experience with **business intelligence tools** (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid **Python** programming skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of **data processing** tools such as Apache Spark or Pandas.
- Understanding of **data modeling** and KPI development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and experience in presenting to **senior stakeholders**.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience in **airport, airline, or transportation industry** analytics.




- Familiarity with **AWS analytics services** (Athena, Glue, S3, Lambda, Kinesis).
- Knowledge of **modern data lake formats** (e.g., Apache Iceberg).
- Background in **real-time analytics** and streaming data visualization.
