For our Costa Blanca office, we’re seeking experienced **real estate agents** fluent in **Flemish, Dutch, or Belgian French** to join our growing team.

**What We Offer**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding service to clients from first contact to closing.
- Conduct virtual meetings and create personalized property tours.
- Show properties, negotiate deals, and assist clients with legal representation. Keep clients informed about market trends and property updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven real estate experience and familiarity with Costa Blanca's key regions.
- Fluency in **Flemish, Dutch, or Belgian French**; English proficiency is a must.
- Driver’s license and access to a car.
- Comfortable working in the office 2-3 days per week. Strong preference for selling new build properties.
