You will learn to:· Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities.




· Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS.
· Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies.
· Learn the art of auxillary income- how to generate additional sources of revenue.
· Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports.
· Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives.What are we looking for ?- Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English- Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week).
- Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do.
- Be mobile!
While you will probably be based in one building, you may be asked to move between a few, an opportunity to learn and experience more!
- Permission to work in Spain.
