Madrid – Office BasedFull timeAIL Español is looking for an experienced and highly organised Study Groups Coordinator to join our school groups department in Madrid.This role focuses on the post-sales coordination and management of international school group programmes, ensuring that every aspect of the group's stay runs smoothly and meets our high quality standards.It is an idóneo position for a professional with experience in education, language travel, tourism operations or international programme coordination, who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.About AIL EspañolOver the last 20 years, AIL Español has welcomed more than 1,200 school groups, offering high-quality Spanish language programmes combined with cultural immersion experiences.The organisation has grown steadily and now employs around 130 staff members across teaching and administrative departments.
AIL Español operates schools in Madrid, Málaga, Valencia and Barcelona.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme CoordinationOrganising and managing all operational aspects of the school group stays in Madrid, including classes, activities, transport, accommodation, catering and cultural visits.Group Support & Customer CareActing as the main contact for group leaders and accompanying teachers during their stay, ensuring a high level of service and resolving operational issues efficiently.Accommodation ManagementCoordinating student accommodation with host families and the AIL Residence, including room assignments, student allocation and special requests.
Assigning students to host families in person when groups arrive.Supplier & Logistics ManagementWorking closely with providers,
