At Winning Consulting we’re hiring a Senior Digital Performance Analyst to join a project for a client in the industrial sector. You’ll be the analytics partner for digital teams, turning performance data into clear actions and business recommendations.

Hybrid Madrid (2 days / week)

Responsabilities:

- Run regular digital performance readouts across channels, with insights and next steps.
- Spot trends/anomalies early and drive hypothesis-led analysis.
- Link digital metrics to business outcomes (acquisition, conversion, retention, etc.).
- Ensure data reliability: cross-checks, KPI consistency, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Support CRO / digital experience work.
- Improve dashboards,



measurement standards and documentation.

Requirements:

- +5 years in digital analytics; performance; BI.
- Strong hands-on GA4 and Power BI.
- Solid SQL + Excel for extraction, validation and analysis.
- Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to have

- Tracking/measurement governance (e.g., GTM, measurement plans, event taxonomy).
- E-commerce/D2C and multi-channel performance analytics.
- BigQuery (or other data warehouse) and attribution fundamentals. xcskxlj
