Job Description

As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our quality standards.

Duties

- ingredients are prepared independently

- application of basic cooking techniques

- provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for stock and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

Job Requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

- Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month (depending on experience, in accordance with the Hospitality CLA -- Job Group V)
