**What You'll Be Doing**
- Promoting independence and daily living skills among service users
- Supporting emotional, social, and behavioural needs on an individual basis
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and psychologically supportive environment at all times
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the service
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance service user well-being

**Essential Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum Level 7 Bachelor's Degree in Social Care, Social Education, or Psychology
- Strong understanding of person-centred care, keyworking, and safeguarding practices




- Experience and understanding of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
- Knowledge of HIQA policies, procedures, and Children's First guidelines
- Full, clean, manual driving licence
