Data Engineer - Cross Platform Analytics (Assisted Channels)

We are looking for a **Data Engineer** to join a general SaaS platform team and contribute to the evolution of cross-platform analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven insights across customer service and omnichannel operations.

**What You'll Do**:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical data models.
- Integrate data from platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CX systems, and other enterprise sources.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes, batch and near real-time data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, governance, traceability, and observability.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, BI, and Engineering teams to support reporting, AI, and business insights initiatives.
- Contribute to modern analytics and event-driven architectures.





**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in **Data Engineering** and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong expertise in **SQL**, analytical data modeling, and data transformation.
- Experience with **ETL/ELT frameworks**, REST APIs, and batch/near real-time processing.
- Hands-on experience with **AWS and/or Azure**, Data Lakes, and analytical environments.
- Knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality controls, and monitoring practices.
- Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
