We are looking for a motivated **Sales Associate - Full Time** to join our team.

**How you will make a difference**
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets, while closely monitoring KPIs and results
- Take ownership of the corner’s performance by proactively contributing to its overall commercial success
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers, delivering a memorable and highly personalized shopping experience
- Ensure the sales floor consistently reflects brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Anticipate replenishment needs based on sales trends, product performance,



and customer behavior to ensure optimal stock availability at all times

**Your profile**
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience (experience in denim is a strong plus)
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural customer-focused attitude
- Proactive, responsible, and self-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to actively support the performance of the space
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and bringing the brand vision to life in every interaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: From 18,000.00€ per year
