**About SiPearl**:
In this role, you will work closely with our IT Manager and R&D; Software Manager to ensure the smooth operation of R&D; testing infrastructures and provide reliable IT support to teams, enabling efficient development and testing activities.
**What a typical day at work might look like**:
- Ensure the operational availability of R&D; server racks by maintaining structured racking and cabling
- Support R&D; teams during testing campaigns by performing first-level technical operations and responding to support requests
- Manage and maintain test infrastructures, including hardware installation, power monitoring, and restarting servers or switches when needed
- Provide on-site IT support to employees by troubleshooting level 1 incidents (PCs, peripherals, connectivity)
- Prepare and deploying IT equipment for new employees and maintaining workplace IT environments
- Ensure meeting rooms and shared workspaces remain fully operational (video conferencing systems, displays, cabling).
**What will help you succeed in this role**:
- Experience in Level 1 IT support and user assistance
- Good understanding of physical IT infrastructures, hardware installation, and cabling
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with R&D; teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and international environment
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Basic scripting knowledge (DOS, Shell,
or PowerShell)
- Experience with IT monitoring or supervision tools
- Previous exposure to test infrastructures or R&D; environments.
