**Responsabilidades**:
**Job Purpose**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Customer Support Associate to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across different countries. The role involves working closely with dentists, designers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless case management and provide top-tier support. You will play a key role in coordinating documentation, resolving client inquiries, and enhancing the overall client experience through efficient communication and proactive problem-solving.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage client cases from activation to completion, ensuring accurate handling of all necessary files and documentation.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients about case progress and product needs.
- Facilitate case management for the teams involved
- Coordinate with the Planning Center and Lab to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Tu perfil**:
**Requirements**:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Capable of handling pressure and meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Self-motivated, innovative,
and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Desired**:
- Any other language is a plus
- Interest in new technologies
- Previous experience working with Hubspot

DSD fue desarrollado por Dr Christian Coachman y provee una combinación de enfoques sistemáticos y estrategias para mejorar la odontología exhaustiva y el crecimiento de las oficinas odontológicas; a través de la mejora en diagnósticos, diseños de sonrisa, comunicación entre miembros del equipo, panificación de tratamientos, la ejecución clínica y la creación de valor percibido de los pacientes para incrementar la entrada de nuevos pacientes y la aceptación de casos.
El objetivo es emplear la tecnología y protocolos de comunicación para mejorar la eficiencia y diferenciación de los servicios.
