As a Sales Agent at Exoticca , you will play a key role in converting interested travelers into unforgettable long-distance experiences. You’ll work with high-quality inbound leads , guiding customers through their travel decisions with a consultative and premium approach.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys Sales, understands customer needs, and wants to grow within an international, fast-paced travel company.
Understanding customers’ needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making process, and offering tailored travel solutions.
Presenting Exoticca’s value proposition and benefits with a high-end, consultative sales approach.




Working with clear individual targets while contributing to overall team performance.
Actively contributing to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven sales environment.
Proven experience in Sales with a strong performance track record (ideally 3+ years ).
~ English proficiency is required. Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Amadeus, or similar tools.
Inbound Sales role : customers are already interested.
Clear performance structure with individual goals and strong team support.
