Purpose & Role Context As HR Business Partner Iberia, you will be a trusted strategic advisor to the Iberia Leadership Team, enabling business performance through a strong, forward‑looking people and organization agenda. As a senior member of the Iberia HR team, you will work in close partnership with regional and integral HR functions to ensure strategic alignment while addressing local business priorities and legal requirements.
This role is designed for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in influencing senior leaders, guiding complex people decisions, and translating business strategy into sustainable organizational outcomes.
Act as the primary strategic HR partner to the Iberia Leadership Team, advising on organizational, leadership,



talent, and culture-related decisions.
Translate business strategy, market dynamics, and organizational challenges into a clear and impactful people agenda.
Coach, challenge, and support senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and decision‑making.
Shape and steer key people priorities across Iberia, including workforce strategy, talent and succession planning, performance management, and engagement.
Play a leading role in organizational change and transformation initiatives, supporting business evolution and cultural development.
Ensure alignment between local business needs and regional/global HR strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
Sponsor and guide strategic HR initiatives and projects across Iberia, working closely with Centres of Expertise and HR Shared Services.
