Job Overview Are you passionate about working with horses and helping people? We are looking for a dedicated Guide for Horse‑Assisted Interventions in Marratxí, Mallorca.

You will work closely with therapists to support individuals through equine therapy.

This permanent position is offered through Palma

Activa and is adecuado for someone with equestrian skills and a background in social work, health, or education.

Responsibilities * Preparing the horses before each session to ensure they are ready and calm. * Guiding the horse safely and appropriately in coordination with the leading therapist. * Working collaboratively with other healthcare, social, and educational professionals in the team. * Caring for and maintaining the equipment, tack, and materials used during the therapy sessions.

Qualifications * University degree or professional qualification related to health, education, or social sciences. * Proven equestrian knowledge and confident horse‑handling skills.



* At least 3 months of professional experience in a similar role or working directly with horses. * Valid Class B driver’s license and own vehicle to travel to the center in Marratxí.

Benefits We offer a stable, permanent contract under the collective agreement for disability services.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 19:00, totaling 35 hours per week.

The reference salary is 19 000 EUR gross per year for a full‑time equivalent.
