We are currently seeking for a **Junior Financial Analyst** to join our Building Automation team in **San Sebastian.**

**Junior Financial Analyst **Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales forecasting and commercial reporting, providing insights for regional and country managers, as well as the EMEA leadership team.
- Analyze sales trends and performance, driving pipeline and opportunity management.
- Create and automate reporting dashboards to deliver detailed sales performance reviews and metrics.
- Lead various business intelligence initiatives by collecting market data and providing actionable insights for the sales teams.
- Work closely with finance teams to deliver commercial and financial metrics like margin and profitability.




- Assist GMs and Sales Directors with commercial reviews and data presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or business intelligence.
- Fluent in English B2-C2.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
